応用技術株式会社（本社：大阪市北区、代表取締役社長：船橋俊郎、以下、応用技術）は、Autodesk Docs環境に登録されたBIMモデルから、仮設部材と躯体体積の拾い出しなどをサポートする 「ConnecT.one QS」を Autodesk App Store〈※1〉に公開しました。

　ConnecT.one QSはBIM〈※2〉モデルを活用し、建設施工現場における数量算出の効率化を図ることができるNon-BIM user向けクラウドサービスです。オートデスクのクラウド製品群であるAutodesk Construction Cloud®〈※3〉(オートデスク コンストラクション クラウド、以下、ACC)の「Autodesk® Docs」と連携しており、Autodesk Platform Services〈※4〉を利用して開発を行いました。

　建設業では、設計工程におけるBIMの普及が進んでいますが、施工工程では「BIMのモデリングソフトを利用できる担当者がいない」　「BIMモデルを施工工程で活用できない」という課題があります。ConnecT.one QSはこのような課題に対して、「BIMモデリングソフトの起動が不要」、かつ「施工工程でBIMモデルを活用する」環境を提供することで、BIMデータの利活用を促進します。

今回公開を行ったAutodesk App storeは、オートデスク製品を拡張するためのアプリケーションが提供されるウェブマーケットです。Autodesk App storeでの公開には、オートデスクによる品質チェックなどの審査をクリアする必要があり、応用技術はこの審査を経たことで、より安全安心にお客様へサービスを提供することが可能となりました。

“ConnecT.one QS” is now available on the Autodesk App Store.
For the non-BIM user to pick-up quantities from BIM models

Applied Technology Co.,Ltd. (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Toshiro Funahashi; hereafter “Applied Technology”) has released “ConnecT.one QS”, which supports quantification of temporary materials and frame volumes from BIM models hosted in Autodesk Construction Cloud〈※1〉, to the Autodesk App Store〈※2〉 .

ConnecT.one QS is a cloud service for non-BIM users that utilizes building information models (BIM)  to improve the efficiency of quantity calculation for construction sites.

Now, ConnecT.one QS integrates with Autodesk Construction Cloud®, a portfolio of software and services that combines advanced technology, a builders network and predictive insights for construction teams. Project stakeholders can import 3D BIM models managed in Autodesk® Build, Autodesk® Docs, or BIM 360® directly into ConnecT.one QS, promoting the utilization of BIM data within construction projects.
